Respect Bleach powder 9tones

Powder bleach DECO-9 contains vegetable conditioners to protect the hair and blue/purple pigments for bleaching even of strong intensity with anti-yellow effect. How to use: Can be used with all bleaching methods, ideal for tinfoil and cap. Mix 1:2 with creamy oxygen. 10vol - light bleaching application time 25 minutes; 20vol - medium bleaching (2/3 tones) application time 35 minutes; 30vol - strong bleaching (4/5 tones) application time 45 minutes 40vol - strong bleaching (5/7 tones) application time 45 minutes.
